It was a just a wonderful stay. - Diana ( for her smiles) and her reception staff,Safii especially for her customer care) were all soooo nice and with a warm hospitality and professionalism. We spend one night in the Black Iris II and we couldn't make a better choice. The staff was always very welcoming and smiling. The room so nice with attention to details like all around the hotel which is totally new. They took care of us in every little thing we asked for...this is what hospitality is about....we would definitely recommend to book this hotel...thank you so much to all of you.
