This hotel definitely has the number one location in town, absolutely adjacent to the castle. Staff are incredibly friendly and rooms have the most amazing views. Breakfast was a buffet of local food and plentiful. Rooms have both air-conditioning and heating depending on the time of year which worked well. Hotel is next to the old town which is well worth a wonder and we found nice local food nearby in the evening. One word of warning, when you’re entering the castle watch out for guides who “attach themselves “to you and try and fleece you when you leave. It’s worth letting them know that you don’t need a guide when you enter.

This place is a hidden gem. The room was large and clean with a very cold air-con unit. Parking was directly outside the property. The owner is a football fan and would have had no issue with me sitting with him in his private area of the property (if I was into football).

We arrived at 8 pm. There was a garage for our car. The place is clean. The family is friendly and helpful. They served us tea. The view of the city is beautiful. We had dinner and breakfast as well. It was delicious. The Wi-Fi is strong and fast. Thank you.

Karam's place is just perfect. His hospitality and cooking skills make you feel like home. What's more, his house is clean and perfectly located in front of Kerak castle. I would definitely have stayed longer in such a local experience. Go for it!

YOU HAVE TO GO TO THIS PLACE! While the room is quite simple and there are a few mosquitos, the cultural experience you will have here will by far make you forget any little discomforts you may have! Abdullah was an outstanding host, so generous with his time and his heart! It is truly a unique experience to stay with this family and I can only assume that each stay would be a little different, but equally as rewarding based on what is going on at that time. All the food and tea/coffee that is provided is mind-boggling and so, so delicious! I cannot recommend staying here enough, especially if you are even remotely interested in gaining insight into true Jordan and its people!

A great welcome when we arrive. Mimi was great company and chatted with us and gave us tea. It was a little chilly but the room had been warmed for our arrival. The sunset from the hotel was amazing. A lovely quiet place in the countryside but not very close to Karak. Breakfast was lovely and plenty of it.
