Location is great! Near loads of food shops. Staff were nice, gave us free late check out. Apartments are very clean and look new. Only minor thing which I think they are still working on is the guttering. You can smell it abit in the bathroom. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was really nice! Traditional breakfast, you had to call and then breakfast was delivered to your room.

My stay at the hotel was simply exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we received warm, courteous and professional service from the hotel staff, which left an unforgettable impression. Many thanks to Ms. Yara who showed genuine care, impressive availability and the ability to find a solution to any request quickly and with a smile. The room was spacious, clean and tastefully decorated, with attention to the small details that make you feel at home. The hotel staff is undoubtedly one of the greatest advantages of the place. Thanks to them, this vacation was one of the best I have ever had. I recommend this hotel wholeheartedly to anyone looking for high-quality accommodation and a family atmosphere.

I was thoroughly impressed with this hotel. The rooms were not only spacious but also tastefully designed, making for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The breakfast was delicious and a view in the restaurant was breathtaking. I would highly recommend this hotel for a great experience.

Everything was nice, Good location, Very comfortable and clean rooms, Breakfast buffet was delicious and with many choices. but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people were incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. Specially I would like to thank Mr. Fares Almoghrabi, the reception manager and all the reception staff specially Ali and Ali !, many thanks to Mr. Khaldoon Alhares, and special thanks to Ms. Urti, the operations manager. Many thanks to Mr. Moath, Hebba, and all the food services team. and also many thanks to the cleaning team specially the supervisor Aref Keilani and to the security guys Sameh and Abu Ja'far !

Staff were excellent. Location was very good and there was a nearby convenience store. Parking always available on driveway. Didn't try the breakfast so not sure but I would definitely recommend the stay. Booked 3 stays in Amman (including a 4 star hotel) and this was definitely the best overall.
