Staff is really nice. First my boyfriend asked at reception (in secret) to surprise me for my birthday and they really delivered with cake and a nice letter. Also asked them if we could have breakfast a little bit earlier so we can go to Petra as early as possible and again they arranged it without any problems.

Everything - The main attraction it is super-spacious, homely & wholesome breakfasts were included. DARKUM Apartment - PETRA Period: 21/04/25 to 24/04/25 (3 nights) Guests: 6 Adults (2 couples & 2 adult children) Accommodation:: 1 super-large double with en-suite shower/toilet/wash-basin, 1 x super-large double, 1 x triple (3 single beds). 1 x super-large kitchen-diner, 1 x large lounge, 1 x entrance hall. 1 x shower room with toilet & wash-basin. Ample parking & open space . Step-free throughout living accommodation. Located on the outskirts of Petra in a local residential area, well away from the tourist noise & bustle. Mini-supermarkets for essentials within walking distance & two local masjids as well close by. Facilities' used: Wi-Fi, TV etc. Dining table set, Kitchen storage, Crockery, Cooking-ware & utensils. Gas Cooker with oven, Microwave, Fridge-Freezer. Washing Machine, Vacuum cleaner. Fully furnished rooms & lounge. Portable electric heaters. Our experience:: Excellent, wonderful, homely. Host (Mum), Mohammed (& Ayman) were helpful from the time we booked to the day we left. Mohammed specks good English & was very helpful with any arrangement, need or request – going out of his way to make our stay enjoyable.. Breakfasts provided were freshly made; hearty & healthy, made with local foodstuffs. We simply advised of the time & it was ready - even as early as 6.30am!. Mum will also do dinner if requested, at a very reasonable JoD cost (we simply did no have time to take this up). This is simply perfect for families. Very nice location , clean and confortable . Food is very tasty and staff amazing and charming . This is my second time and I advise anybody to come to relaxe and profit from the unforgettable stay.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at the most charming and delightful place ever. The owner greeted us with genuine smiles and the best wild mint tea and immediately made us feel at home. They were incredibly accommodating and went out of their way to ensure that our every need was met. Whether it was preparing a delicious breakfast and dinner or recommending local attractions. The bed was extremely comfortable, and we slept like a baby all night. The room was clean, with mosquito nets on the windows. If you're looking for a charming and welcoming retreat that feels like a home away from home, look no further and make sure to sign up for a dinner to experience the Jordan first hand!

Amazing stay with a beautiful location. New furniture with clean beds and sheets. A big renovation was made for this hotel in Jul/2023. friendly staff and helpful and ready for any assistance. Highly recommendation 😀❤️

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Petra Premium Hotel, and I can confidently say it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and impeccable hospitality. The staff went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of my stay was comfortable and memorable. The hotel’s location is perfect—just a short drive from the entrance to the ancient city of Petra, making it incredibly convenient for exploring this world wonder. After a long day of sightseeing, coming back to the tranquil and beautifully designed rooms was a true delight. The attention to detail in the room decor and the cleanliness was top-notch.

Everything was very nice, we stayed for 2 nights, they cleaned the room every day and put free fruits, drinks and sweets in the room. They even gave us small surprises at the exit. I recommend this hotel to everyone
