The dorm was clean and had a large shelf for each person to store backpacks and belongings + a locked drawer under the bottom bunks. Beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were clean and the common area was beautiful and spacious. Highly recommend!

The place feels fresh after recent renovations. We had never experienced an Onsen, and in fact didn’t realise we were booking an all inclusive holiday at an Onsen hotel. But it was a cultural immersion experience like no other. We lived a tiny slice of an integral part of Japanese culture that Westerners don’t usually experience, and we felt both welcomed and privileged. It was brilliant.
