Great to have drink facilities in the reception area. Very convenient with the station within walking distance. Staff are very friendly. Room was standard room for Japan, with small bathroom.

Neat, pleasant hotel, reasonable price, perfect location next to Kashiwanoha station. Everything worked well and the staff were super helpful. Room cleaning was daily and impeccable. There is a great onsen to unwind.

Very clean, new, everything works clockwork. They have a nice little onsen with sauna, as well as a couple of restaurants (we tried one, it was amazing!)
