The hotel had a service apartment feel. There was a microwave oven in the room and there were many drawers in the new closets. There was also a guest lounge on the 7th floor and coffee is served there as well as in the waiting room on the ground floor. The gym was free to use and it was adequately equipped.

Beautiful dining area and excellent food selection. Oishi katta desu ne. The staff are very kind and welcoming. We spoke most to Indhira, who is a fantastic staff member. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We will recommend to friends when they visit Yokohama. Arigato gozimas.
