Fabulous place to visit to relax and enjoy the scenery. The host was very helpful and super friendly. The Vietnamese food cooked by the host was delicious and if you're lucky you might get a free dinner or two. The host was so nice she even offered to drop off my wife and pick her up at an event my wife was attending giving me time to relax at the pensions garden. Looking forward to visiting Hanoi pension again.

Great location, easy to find, they gave us a free upgrade because they had empty rooms. Very clean, enjoyed the stay even though it was just one night. Parking was free (was charged 1000yen that I thought was the deposit but didn't receive it back). Used their coin laundry service which was easy to use. Overall a nice experience.

We really enjoyed our stay. Very good value for money hotel. Our room on the 15th floor (highest floor for guest rooms) had great views of the surrounding mountains. It was worth the upgrade. All facilities were great and room and bed size was very good for a couple. Thank you for a great stay.
