Very nice option to stay in walking distance to Itami airport. Comfy bed, nice and very clean room, tea/coffee available to prepare in the room, and the hotel onsen was highly appreciated too. Lots of restaurants in walking distance, and also JR train station and bus station - so all you need for a stopover or layover in Itami.

The room was very spacious. Quite surprised to get such a big room. It was more of an apartment. Walking distance from Itami International airport so if you want to catch an early morning flight it is a good choice.

I like the central location. It is on the same street corner as the Esaka train station. The JR line is also nearby within walking distance. I can get further downtown or to other parts of Osaka easily from here. They serve a really good buffet breakfast. They have coin operated washing machines. There are plenty of shops, pharmacies, groceries and eateries all on the same block. The room ac is adjustable. I can be comfortable even in Osaka hot weather. It's quiet at night.

One of the best hotels at which I have EVER stayed... beautifully appointed, exceptionally clean, and in the larger double rooms incredibly beautiful bathrooms, beds, decor - everything was just stunning and incredible value. The staff was amazing. The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was modern with a fancy shower head and even a jacuzzi..Great value for money especially with a breakfast included, which was a positive surprise.

    New and very reasonable price for the quality. Highly recommended for the travellers before the trip, but better to buy something to eat and drink around the station, before reaching this hotel by walk (10mins) as there are not many shops around.
