Room was spacious, with plenty of amenities. Outdoor baths were amazing in the winter, with snow-capped rocks surrounding the water, giving a sense of immersion. Buffet-style breakfast was great with high-quality items available. Plenty of space so it never felt too busy. Dinner was great too. Staff were very friendly. I have zero negative opinions about this place, which is rare.

Very nice traditional house. It has everything you need with a fully equipped kitchen. The housekeeping lady was very friendly and helpful. It’s approximately 12 minutes walking distance to the station and bus stop to Daisetsuzan national park. Bed is very comfortable and the room is spacious.

The large room with stunning mountain and river view! I didn’t want to leave. We also enjoyed the outdoor pool and played billiards. The staff were delightful and spoke English made it easier for us.

It was the largest single room in my life. fully renovated, super clean and modern. Staffs were really friendly and the dinner buffet was amazing! I didn't know it was buffet actually. This hotel is the closest hotel to ropeway. Also, there's bus stop in front of the hotel. This was so convenient. + the library on 2nd floor was amazing with free coffee and tea.
