United KingdomThe staff spoke good english and were extemely helpful. The food included in the half board price served in private dining areas was amazingly well presented traditional Japanese food. That looked and tasted out of this world. Some of the best food we had on our trip to Japan and we stayed in several expensive Ryokan. Lovely private or public outdoor onsen or in a subterranean cave. The Noto peninsular is still recovering from the earthquake of Jan 2024 and the terrible flooding in Sept 2024 but a trip there is well worthwhile to see the scenery and see how well the repairs are progressing

SpainGreat guesthouse in Wajima, it has everything you would need. Very clean, convenient, comfortable, staff is always nice and friendly, they also run a ramen shop next to the guesthouse. And there's a parking lot too.
