Kanazawa is a great city, very relaxing and walkable. People are very friendly and the restaurants are great. It was a great place to visit for a few days after Tokyo. We do try the famous Noto Beef at a great low key restaurant. It was a great experience and the meat was incredible. Great hosts! Kanazawa is a very interesting place to visit.
Kanazawa is a very interesting place to visit. It has a similar charm as Kyoto, but with fewer crowds. We found it easy to get around the city by bus or on foot. We had 2 days here but could have stayed for 4 days or more.Guest review byElaineAustralia - 8.0

I don’t know if I needed to have stayed here. Or maybe it would have been better to come during a special time of year (firefly season or some festival). The castle area was also under construction. Kanazawa is a gem of a town.
Kanazawa is a gem of a town. We really enjoyed the Samurai quarter, it's quaint and not over-populated. Kanazawa castle is fantastic, and so is Kenrokuen garden. The museum of modern art is also compact and quite good.Guest review byGuyIsrael - 10

Rooms were spacious, modern equipped and very cozy. And the best thing - delicious breakfast which was a mix of continental and japanesse cuisine. There is also free coffee and matcha available all the time plus welcome drink once you arrive☺️ 10/10, price performance ration is amazing!
