Location, close to train station and korakuen garden. The canal was beautifully illuminated. The breakfast was excellent and the service too. Our room was big enough and the bed comfortable.I liked staying in this hotel.

Spacious room, very friendly and helpful staff. Great location, tram outside front door and 10 minute walk to railway station. Quiet and all amenities easily accessible. Comfortable beds and fantastic breakfast at low cost. Great value for money. The breakfast staff were super friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again. All in all a fantastic hotel experience.

The hotel is exceptionally clean and managed by professional and attentive staff. The room was just as clean with the best air-conditioner in any hotel. This was the first time staying in a smoking room but, surprisingly, the smell was barely noticeable, suggesting good ventilation and care by the staff.
