The location is very good, a few minutes away from the metro. The lobby and its design are nice and spacious. The free refreshments are very nice. The employees are very sweet and polite and also meticulous. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. It is very nice that they provide free bicycle service. Excellent hotel in the middle of Kyoto. The hotel is new, just opened, very beautiful, great style, combining modern and classic japanese style Rooms are very big (!!!), very wide, a lot of space next to beds, size that is not common even for Europe, letalone for Japan (we had a room for three). Price is also very very good. Personnel super profy, the whole place has a super cool vibe. We also stayed in Kyoto at another hotel, at the same price, and they don't even begin to compare. Also very close (10 min walk or less) to Teramachi shopping street, and Nishiki market.
