Very well located next to the station so is easy to get to and from the airport as well as the rest of the area. Breakfast is a buffet style which was great to start the morning. Rooms are clean and comfortable.

The hotel has no reception, but makes it up for it by excellent communication via booking.com. We have received detailed instructions on how to check-in, and what to do. They were very helpful and friendly. The location was excellent, right next to the station. We were there for the Danjiri Festival, and it was easy to get back to the hotel, whenever you are out, you are in the middle of the main action. I would stay there whenever I need a last/first stop close to the Kansai Airport, the airport is just a few stops from the hotel, it is very convenient.

Friendly staff and room was cleaned daily. Got a free upgrade to deluxe and it was amazingly spacious for a family of 4. The view from the room and the Stargate restaurant was beautiful! Hotel location was convenient, it was very close to the kansai airport and premium outlet.

Close to rinku town station. Within the same building. Even raining also no problem especially in cold weather. Walking distance to the outlet which is so good for last stop shopping and also provide free transport to Kansai airport. Can put this hotel as your last stop of the trip. The place is very nice, quiet and close to the airport and train station. Their rooms are more than I expected for the price. Plus the toilet and bathroom are spacious. I stayed in 2 rooms; one very big and one relative large compared to other hotels for the same price.
