The location really is good. Right at the station, so couldn't be more convenient for trains and buses. If you come from Osaka you hardly have to go outside. The station complex itself has drinking and eating places galore, and there are some v cool izakayas and cafes etc. with 10 mins' walk. In addition, the view from the spa is great, and the room lovely. I would only consider staying here if I came to Wakayama again.

There is an Onsen and it was my first experience. Very nice that it was inside the hotel. There were freebies like ice cream, chocobar, soup for supper, 24 hours coffee, free Landry machine etc. Very polite staff as everywhere in Japan. It is near the central bazar and bus and train stops.

Really good hotel just outside of the main train station of wakayama. The location is perfect conected to the train station and there are lot of atores and reataurants very nearby. The rooms are spacious and clean.

Very good place to stay, a bit far from touristy spots though but you can take the bus very easily. It's close to the JR station, so you can go around without any problem.
