This is my third time staying at this hotel, and has been my go-to stay for early morning flights from Narita. The shuttle bus between the hotel and train station and the hotel and airport is just so convenient. Rooms are big and spacious by Japan’s standard, allowing us to properly open and repack our luggage. Bathroom is also spacious. Worth the money paid.

The hotel staff are super friendly and helpful. Hotel really pays attention to all the small details, dyson hair dryer, super comfy bed, adjustable lights, 4K TV, tea pots and etc. The staff Megumi helped us to contact different places to find the lost items in very quick respond.
