wonderful!:) Staffs are nice and helpful, everything so clean and well design, the room was perfect and the bed and pillow is massive (compare with the hotel in Osaka and Kyoto). there is a free coffee bar in the lobby. they will send you a travel guide before your trip and it was very helpful, we went to the restaurant they recommend and they are all amazing! 100% will come back.

Stayed in this Hotel the 2nd time after 3yrs. Excellent location 5min walk from Amanohashidate station. 5min walk to the car rental office. Free parking. Clean room. Onsen facility and Sumptous breakfast in the sister hotel next room. Bed was comfortable. Toilet in the Double room. Staff allow us to store luggages there before chk-in and after chk-out.

Amazing location, right by the turning bridge, the room with a water view and the bridge, comfortable twin beds (was traveling with my son), nice Uchiyu hot bath, very nice stuff paying attention to details and the dinner and breakfast we included in our reservation were both excellent (ingredients, freshness, presentation and taste)!
