New, sparking clean house with lots of space to stretch out and live. Great opportunity for long or short-term stays. Super-comfy futons, nice bath/shower, access to washer/dryer and kitchen. Yamaguchi-san picked up up and dropped us off at our desired location and took our baggage back to her house for storage, and took us back to the train station the next morning pretty early! Easy to work with and communicate with. I also forgot one of my important personal belongings at the house and Yamaguchi-san worked with me to ship it to one of my upcoming locations.

We had an amazing time. Upon arriving you get a welcome snack, in the evening between 8-9:30 pm they also serve free udon noodle soop. The rooms are beautiful, the staff very nice.

Great hotel, wonderful an amenities (one drink for free on arrival, pampering bathroom, a foot massager and clothes press in the room, and wonderful wonderful breakfast. 11 min walk from the JR station and 100m from the main covered market, so location is superb too!

Excellent location to explore garden and castle. Very close to almost city attraction. Interior is artsy and comfortable. The best thing about this hotel is the staff. We got a very good welcome and service. Khin and Tanaka is so nice to reccomend us a lot of restaurants and how to get there. Definitely recomend!
