I have nothing bad to say about this hotel except it might be a little bit hard to reach. We went there by car so for us there were no problem and the hotel offer shuffle busses free of charge from the train station. We booked a room with private onsen and it was perfect with beautiful view over the ocean. The room was spacious, the included breakfast was good, staff was really friendly, we had a great time here. We went here during the low season in the fall/winter but I think it will be really beautiful in the summer as well since they have sitting places outside.

The hotel seems very oldschool, which we found charming. The interoir was off age but everything was clean and fine. For the price and location i would stay here Again 100 percent. I quess the bad ratings are from People who is used to New hotels.

Yamamoto-San is very gracious & hospitable. He prepared a private hot bath for us which was a pleasant surprise. the place is exceptionally clean with a homely feel. Delicious Japanese breakfast set was by meticulously prepared by Yamamoto-San & his wife. We enjoyed our stay.
