Can't recommmend this hotel enough. Big room, extremely comfy bed and TV with apps like Hulu and netflix! Washing machine and microwave on 2F very useful. Direct access to the train and bus station for zao onsen.

We stayed only 1 night here just to get to Ginzan Onsen. It was another typical Toyoko Inn, small but comfortable and clean. Again we could push the two beds in our twin room together and form a bed larger than a standard king sized bed. Breakfast was the typical Toyoko Inn fare - buffet style with rice, fried noodles, rice balls, salad, some cooked dishes like tamago, lotus roots, sausages (the same type at all the Toyoko Inns we stayed in), scrambled eggs, etc. We also had some grilled fish dishes like salmon and mackerel, which was quite yummy, as well as the ubiquitous natto. Everything was good and it was a good one night's stay.
