The staff were helpful and friendly at check-in. The beds were really comfortable and the view from the hotel room was nice. Sofa and desk + chair in the room, which was good. The location was excellent, being really close to JR Asahikawa Station and the main downtown shopping/ restaurant area. It was great that the onsen had indoor and outdoor baths. On the 3rd floor lobby, there is a lot of seating where people can relax and have a drink in the afternoon/evening time, which was really cool.

The hotel is located 5 minutes from Asahikawa train station. The bus stop for Asahiyama Zoo is not far. Tokiwa Park is easily reachable on foot, it’s only 20 minutes walk away. The common area is VERY cosy. There is also a small space where it is possible to store the luggage. The bar offers both hot drinks and also alcoholic drinks as well as some small food options (sweets).

Right next to Asahikawa station. A shopping centre and food court on the other side of the station. Toyota rent a car is across the road. Room is good size. Still have enough walking space when 2 large suitcases opened.

There is a small onsen on the top floor. Convenient location next to the railway station and various shops and restaurants. Very nice breakfast buffet with lots of freshly prepared Japanese food. Car parking with lift available. Staff didn't speak much English but was very friendly and helpful. Thanks a lot. It was a very pleasant stay.

The hotel had free onsen and free sake testing at the lounge which were nice touches. Parking is at the public car park next to the hotel and you are charged 1000 yen per night for parking there.
