Very good location and helpful staff. The hotel is new and comfortable. It is very close to the Sin-Osaka metro station but little bit far from the JR station. Lots of restaurants and convenient stores around the hotel. The luggages delivery service is very fast and handy

Modern Hotel, small but good rooms. We had a three-bed room (2 adults ,one kid), which was small but worked. There is a good onsen with indoor and outdoor bath. Free soba in the evening, very good but only japanese breakfast. Staff speaks English and was very helpful.
