Value for money, great location, 8-10 minutes walk from Shin-Osaka Station. Not that this is a business hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful, allowed me to store my luggage before check-in and after check-out. Room was bright and functional.

Good location in walking distance from Shin-saka station, I would recommend taking metro (only one stop on the red line) though, especially when traveling with large baggage. Rooms are perfectly clean with really comfortable beds. Rexeptionists were friendly and helpful and when the breakfast serving time is over the ladies from kitchen will come out to bow and thank the guests, it was mind blowing experience for european tourist 😄 I find this hotel to have a good value for money ratio and can recommend it. There are plenty od restaurants and grocery stores within 5 minutes walk.

The hotel was clean, the bed was comfortable and the shower had good water pressure. The AC was working well, too, so nothing to complain about. The breakfast buffet offered a nice mixture of Asian and western - scrambled eggs, sausages, chicken, rice, cereal, milk, yoghurt, fruit, bread, croissant, butter, etc. Self check-in and especially check-out were simple enough.

Superb location, easy access to the train station and Shinkansen Station as well, the vibe at the hotel surrounding is too good, it is silent at the midnight but you still get to see a few people pass by, the plus point was there are 2 convenient stores in 1-2minute walking distance, it has the best vibes that I ever had during my whole trip to Japan.
