I requested rooms nearby despite booking 2 rooms of different style. The hotel is very kind to help arrange. I can see from details they do it with heart and treat guests with respect. They offer help effectively. Totally enjoy the lounge at 18th floor too! The snack and drinks are nice.

The mini getaway from city life. Many of its customers are local japanese people, not foreigners. No random chinese with kids making loud noises, running around, etc etc, where you really want to just tell them off that this is Japan, and have to be mindful about the surroundings. Hot spring water is fully modernise and equipped with proper sauna and icy cold water for you to experience the full proper cycle of onsen. And unlike many hot spring, this is quiet, stayed for 5 days 4 night, at no point in time I felt that it was overcrowded despite the fact that the facilities is shared with 358UMI guest. I can easily count the number of guest in the spring water bath area with 1 hand at any given point in time.

It's clean, right above Akasaka station and walkable to many eating places. Walked about 10 mins to the famous beef restaurant, izakaya and the famous yatai stall(小金） Hotel gives skincare kit too. Room size is not big but OK considering this is Japan.

The staff is phenomenal! they are very gentle, they help you out and support in any situation even if is outside their regular duties. The check in is very smooth same to say for the check out. Breakfast is abundant and various. More focused on the asian style witch personally I was ok with it. Unfortunately I could not enjoy the Manga collection they have that you can borrow to read. The position is nicely connected and allows you also night walks without any problem. Nice check in and out, great breakfast, clean rooms, good bathroom size and amenities: What else you want? Thank you again to all the staff!
