Very good customer service! We accidentally booked smoking room and they switched our rooms. Very clean and modern hotel right next to the JR station. Free breakfast buffet that includes both Japanese and western options. Very happy with our stay!

I am a total Dormy Inn convert. The staff were very efficient and helpful. And the Onsen was the best. All the extras (like icecreams after the Onsen, free laundry, noodles in the late evening) were just so great. The location was excellent (a few minutes walk to the station).

Excellent hotel with best hotel breakfast we had on our Japan trip, with amazing views of the surrounding mountains. Rooms were large and super clean. Staff did an excellent job too at all times. Would highly recommend
