- Very soft and comfortable bed - The owner was very friendly: Greeted us at the start and sent us off when we were checking out. She gave us delicious biscuits as welcome gifts. - Place was very neat and clean, everything was working well - The owner has a cute dog that we are allowed to meet. The dog is very well behaved, it will not bark The owner is very friendly and kind. She gave us boiled water ready for us to drink and big bottle of water in the fridge for us to drink. Instruction manual are provided for the machines . Salt and seasoning are provided for cooking. Heaters are provided in all the rooms.

This place will make you smile! It is a very generous size, seems like it could easily accomodate 4 people. It has a dining area, kitchen, games desk (lots of games!!) and a small upper floor space/attic. Be sure to find the privacy screens for the shower because the shower is in the kitchen and in full view of pretty much the whole apartment. Brilliant value for money!!! We loved it.

Staff members are super helpful, special thanks to Yasuyuki-sang (The Assistant Manager) who solved the problem with professional skills of management. Excellent hotel. It is at walking distance to the station, has comfortable beds, the rooms have a nice view. The staff was really helpful. Some of them speak English pretty well, all of thel speak English at least at basic level. For instance, they wrote in Japanese my request to deliver postal parcel for the post staff. The breakfast at the restaurant above was outstanding. By far the best food I've ever eaten in a hotel. The breakfast downstairs was good. There is a spa, although I didn't try it. The remotes of TV and airco are dubbed in English.
