Wow what an excellent hotel , highly recommend for a short stay in Narita before travelling onwards, location,staff, accomadation - bed - bathroom facilities ( try the. Face masks!) fantastic breakfast choice of Asian and/ or western ( get there early as can get busy) staff , all good , we’ve stayed in lots of hotels all over the world and this one was one of the best for the value.. some travel tips- lf your coming from Narita Apt once through customs take the escalator to the train station - Keisei narita line , buy the ticket at the auto teller, less queues and very easy to navigate once optioned for English, ( 2 stops) keisei Narita station , once there and standing on the platform look for the APA hotel exit the station at the East exit through the subway once on the other side walk towards the APA hotel the Richmond is just passed it on the right. If you have a spare day I reccomend visiting the temples and the gardens , very pleasant and easy walk from the hotel. If you happen to be travelling onwards via Haneda airport a good option is a train from Keisei Narita Station , Limited Express green line , change at AOTA then take access express orange line to Haneda Apt. ( time 1.50 minutes).

Don’t stay at an airport hotel unless you have an early am flight. Hotels are too far from amenities. Train service in Japan is so good that you can stay an extra day in Tokyo and other areas close to Tokyo and get to airport if your flight is later

The information staff at the airport were most helpful and gracious. I was looking for the usual I for information but found that it was a ? Question mark. I did work it out though. As we only stayed overnight there was no time for sightseeing in Narita.

It’s very handy to the airport, cheap and in this case you get what you pay for upgrade yourself especially if you are in need of a good night sleep and a morning cuppa. We were there for one night only to get some rest before flying home, I wish we had of skipped it.

I had a marvelous meal at the Japanese Food Hall. Yes, it was very easy to get about the Airport shops. It was an exciting experience as I had over six hours spare before my flight. I had a beautiful Tea at Kanno Coffee.

Narita is far from the city but offers great view of the country side and an authentic traditional street leading to the beautiful temple and its surrounding garden. It has many great food around too!

Narita area is exactly the entrance to Japan.

Narita area is exactly the entrance to Japan. You can experience a little bit of the old Japan in the town of Narita station as well as the big shopping malls. Besides, you also experience the rice fields' green and sounds of frogs in the late spring, of course, you can enjoy cherry blossoms in the beginning of April, with getting green bamboo trees. I prefer to arrive in Japan at Narita than other Japanese international aiports.

There’s a Lawson convenience store right below - it’s awesome and couldn’t get any more convenient. Also, they provide free computer for everyone’s use at the hotel lobby. Printing is free too, with A4 papers provided. The ease of transit to and from Narita Airport is plus point here - though I suspect every other airport hotel just has the same facilities 😅. They provide free breakfast which is included in your room fare - though I didn’t get to enjoy due to the early hours of my flight.

I stay at the Hilton across the street every month but decided to try Mystay as we always drive past it going to the Hilton. The hotel is nice, and the facilities are what you would expect for an airport hotel. If price is an issue and this is your cheapest option, it's alright for a night or two. Otherwise, I'd recommend anywhere else in Narita.

The Hilton Tokyo Narita Airport is spacious and well appointed. The dining room offers both an a la carte or buffet style dining experience. The staff are friendly and incredibly helpful. Staying at this hotel was the perfect way to end our holiday in Japan.
