Comfortable family apartment. Have everything you need. This is the only house provides basic seasonings during our trip in Japan. Feels like at home. Make it possible to buy from the market and cook to save money. Parking in front of the block. Host is kind and provides lots of useful information before checking in. Fresh flowers on the table. A lot of interesting decorations around.

I loved being right next to the train station. we just walked to the castle and the garden, the museums which is only about 4 or 5 km away. really easy flat walk. rooms were beautifully appointed.

The rooms are simple and clean. The hotel is very well located close to many of the important sites and areas of Kanazawa. The staff very helpful and friendly. There is free coffee and tea for guests in the lobby. The washing machine in the room was a BIG plus (if I had known before coming I would have packed much lighter). The hotel is Incredibly cost effective.

Everything! The location was near the station, (just a straight down road). They offer us every night one beverage or alcohol drink for free. The bed (mattress and pillows) was very good. Since you want to get some rest in Kanazawa in order to continue your long trip in Japan, the bed type counts 1000%!! Staff was very kind.

UAN kanazawa is located a 5-minute walk from Musashigatsuji/Ohmicho Ichiba Bus Stop and Omicho Market.

What a fantastic stay at the Kaname Inn! I have to say everything was perfect. I originally planned to stay 5 nights but added on an extra 2 when the weather turned bad, and it was really cozy. The location was excellent within walking distance of the major sites and near lots of restaurants. Easy to get to from the station - only 3 stops on the bus. Every single one of the staff were charming and so helpful. It was lovely to see such friendly welcoming faces every day. My room was spacious and the bed and pillows very comfortable (not hard like other Japanese beds) and had a sofa in it which was excellent for relaxing. There was a minifridge cups and a kettle. The bathroom had a good sized bath. It was all sparkling clean. An added bonus was the bar which had really excellent food and drinks (I got some coupons for drinks for electing not to have my room cleaned thoroughly every day). Plus the DJ played excellent vinyl every night. Finally the price was extremely reasonable. This was my second visit to Kanazawa and my first to Kaname. It won't be my last, I can't imagine staying anywhere else.
