The location of this hotel was spectacular, in the heart of SHIBUYA with so many shops and restaurants in walking distance. The room’s size was pretty good , absolutely clean and cozy .. but what I liked the most about this hotel was the staff. Probably the best customer service I’ve had not only in Tokyo but in any country I’ve ever been to , the service was so good that we had another plan to change hotels after 5 days but we decided to cancel the other hotel’s reservation and extend our stay at indigo. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful and made our stay 10 times better 🙏🏻

The apartment that we booked was spacious with a small living and dining room, and it was well equipped with a washing machine. We enjoyed the neighborhood of Asakusa and the great artisanal shops in the area.

The best hotel we've ever stayed at! Amazing people work there, room was so spacious, cleaned every single day with new towels. Rosenheim Stay Tokyo Shinjuku is conviniently located between Okubo and Shin Okubo station, just a cople of minutes from bustling Shinjuku, but in a calm and safe area, perfect for families. The rooms are not very big but very practical and clean and the staff is extremly nice and helpful. All kind of amenities from convenience stores to restaurants are within à couple minutes from the hotel. We 100% recommend this address!
