What a gem! For what you pay you get a beautiful large room with all the amenities you can imagine. The location is absolutely perfect, just a few meters away from the station. I abolutely loved it here and have recommended it to many people already.

Novotel Nara is a lovely hotel. Our room was spacious although not much space for clothes. It however had everything else you needed. I lovely the onsen area and massage chairs we could use. The staff were very helpful and was lovely how they decorated the room for my husbands birthday.

Wow- the most amazing customer service …. The most comfortable bed- peace and tranquility. A hotel in the middle of know where- but still with a great transport link. We based ourselves here to visit Iga and Akame waterfalls.

The attention to detail of the staff was exceptional. Staying in such a lovely traditional apartment with modern amenities was a very enjoyable experience. The breakfast, traditional Japanese in style, was tasty. The location was good, only a ten minute walk to stations and most main attractions. Would highly recommend it if you want to stay somewhere special.
