We had an amazing stay. The staff were so lovely. The food was amazing and there was so much of it! You do not need to eat lunch! They were also very accommodating of dietary restrictions. The onsens were lovely in the day time with the cherry blossom and in the evening under the stars. It was so relaxing. They had PJs and all the toiletries you’d need. You could turn up with no luggage and be fine. We also booked the karaoke room which was good fun. We did the hot stone experience too which was absolutely boiling (shockingly) but enjoyable. Wish we had stayed longer.

Everything was as I expected: clean, friendly and helpful staff, comfortable bed, nice atmosphere. I loved the common area, where you could buy a drink, food and enjoy a cozy atmosphere with a bonfire in the middle.
