The rooms are extremely clean, spacious & comfortable. The shower was spacious & I love the rain bath & shower. Both had strong water pressure. We received very attentive service. Staff responded almost immediately whenever we called. Our location is within walking distance to the Hakone-Yumoto Station. Extremely convenient when sightseeing. There is a 7-11 convenience store close by & a famous Ramen noodle shop a stone's throw from the hotel. Always a queue outside the store. Lot's of food stalls in the vicinity. . Really enjoyed our stay in Hotel Zagakukan.

Everything was perfect. The room is nice, quiet, spacious, clean, full of services and with a beautiful view. The host is super kind and ready to answer all needs. The position of the place it’s fantastic. If I’ll go back in Atami I will return 100% in this place, Truly recommend!!
