    I loved everything until the moment when, during checkout, i was told that since I had prepaid on this platform and they hadn’t received the payment yet, I needed to pay the entire sum a second time otherwise I wouldn’t be allowed to leave the premises. I ended up paying a second time just because I had errands and am now disputing with the hotel for a full refund.

    Naivasha is one of the perfect places to visit in Kenya. you get to enjoy fresh fish from lake Naivasha,tour hellsgate and environs and see lots of wild animals. Sofa camp Naivasha also provides you with the perfect place to camp or stay. You get to enjoy nature to the fullest.

    Compared to Nairobi, it is a slower pace but that is the point. Getting a tour of the lake was the highlight of my trip. Next time, I want to explore Crescent Island fully. It only takes a couple of days to fully see everything there if you plan well.

    The Lake and the activities around it are what's best about Naivasha. The town is busy, dusty and not ideal to walk around. Most banks are there and some good supermarkets. Its a transit town so lots of trucks and travelers

    Naivasha is such a cool place to visit, anytime you feel...

    Naivasha is such a cool place to visit, anytime you feel overwhelmed by the city life. It's neither too far away from the city nor too close; just the right distance! Naivasha has something for everyone: whether on a budget or want to splash out, you'll get your fix. Myself, I prefer staying at a place that is moderately priced, has a unique factor about it, value for money then during the day visit the more high end spots for amazing ambience, top notch cuisines and other luxuries like spas. I hope to check out the glass cabins the next time I'm visiting Naivasha.

    Fun and alot of activities for different ages.

    Fun and alot of activities for different ages. Alot of clubs to chose from Boat rides on the lake with scenic views with knowledgeable guides Geothermal and hells gate tour was also informative and amazing with our guide Felix.

    - they provide clean bottled water (and refills) for free - Lovely place to just hang around for many hours reading or napping (outdoor chairs, swinging chair, etc) - Ask staff for a short tour of the grounds (rabbits, etc) - 2km walk down into the town - We’d recommend you read the info booklet they provide in your room. Lots of interesting information about the hotel and area. - Good restaurant on-site with simple made-to-order meals (700ksh - 1200ksh range).

    A very nice hotel set on a vast territory with abundance of wildlife including giraffes, waterbuck, zebras and hippos coming to graze at night. the food was decent and we had a nice stay. The room was very spacious, clean and we had a good one night rest after our overnight flight to Kenya.
