Nice place, big room, private beach. Breakfast was OK, restaurant available till 10pm. Nice staff. They will help to organize city trip to Mombasa or Wasini island. We had nice ocean view from balcony.

I like this place . It is about ten minutes away from the beach and very close to the African swimming pool. I stayed here for four nights and I was the only guest. It was very quiet. The swimming pool is very good and I like it very much.

Its amazing place. We had the room with a fantastic view on the ocean. Maximum score to the hotel staff. Everyone is very polite and always ready to help. We truly enjoyed staying in this place. Delicious food, once we waited quite a long time for the main course for dinner, but it didn’t spoil our stay. I will recommend this hotel to everyone and will definitely return myself the next time I visit Kenya.

I can't thank the staff at the Maji enough for all of the ways they made my time with them so wonderful. Communication before and during my visit was excellent, especially when I had to deal with travel delays due to awful weather. They went out of their way to make my birthday a very special occasion. The large room was perfect, and I even enjoyed a relaxing soaking bath. Meals were served with excellent and attentive service, and the beach beds were made with care and comfort.

Location: it's very close to the mall 5 min to walk and 10 min to walk to the beach ⛱️. The swimming pool is very beutiful and big for kidz to swim and play. Bonus gift: at check in reception, forget to book for a child and its was new year eve, so price was little expensive. But the stuff and manager were so friendly, supported us high level and give little discount for the price. So, I liked everything the hotel, the stuff, the location is #1.

The Place is beautiful, very comfortable and perfect to relax after a day at the beach. Pool and breakfast excellent. Although it's 10 mins away from the beach, the beach in this part is the best. Wide and clean, no many people around.

We had a wonderful relaxed holiday at this place. It's more of a home away from home. It was such a great, natural place to relax and have fun. Mama Louisa, Josephine and the ever present Bakari were very accommodating and helpful. The atmosphere was peaceful and wonderful. It was the most exciting experience we have had in Diani. Here's a bonus for budget travellers; The local shops, pubs and restaurants are just around the corner just like home, Tiki Taka is actually at the roadside. The shopping center and beach are about 5mins away on a stroll, It's a 10-15min walk to the airstrip Overall, You guys are incredible! We're definately coming back.

    Perfect.

    Perfect. I wrote a previous outstanding review but Booking.com only posted my two comments from “suggested improvements”, which were inconsequential but gave a negative impression. The property was lovely, steps from an amazing white sandy beach fringed with coconut palms. I loved lolling on the comfy cushions on the roof terrace in the evenings. Cecilia who looked after us was amazing and a great cook. Her fish curries were to die for. The bed was comfy and the mosquito nets a great asset. The community pool was well maintained with a fabulous on site masseuse, Habiba. Amazing relaxing vacation would highly recommend.

    Mostly private resorts however not far from Diani and accessible from Mombasa. The Likoni Ferry (which is the only way from Mombasa Island to the south) can take some time to cross- we took almost three hours when we first arrived.

    You will need a mosquito repellet especially in the evenings. Fortunately, there was one in the house we could use when we first got there before we could purchase one! Thanks to the host! You need to pre-arrage your movement from Tiwi to wherever you want to go as there is no public transport nearby. The host however had contacts for a reliable driver that was very helpful!

    Tiwi is very lovely place to stay.

    Tiwi is very lovely place to stay. Not crowded and does not lookvery commercial. Lovely beach without any beachboys and where you can lie at peace. Good security as well. Far yet near to Mombasa town
