Amazing location. Clean and cozy room with a view of the red mountains. Delicious home-cooked food. Sociable hosts with excellent knowledge of English and Russian. Simply stunning nature. Be sure to walk through the valleys, climb the mountains, do not be lazy to walk and there will be no limit to delight! Next to the guest house on a hill there is a family restaurant "Terrace" with a stunning view of the mountains and the sunset. Be sure to have dinner in the evening, you will be amazed by the views and the quality of the food.

We were traveling around Issyk-Kul Lake with our three young children, searching for a quiet and beautiful place to stay. When I came across Taberik, I was initially hesitant — the place had no reviews, and traveling with kids, comfort is our top priority. But the location looked so stunning that I decided to take a chance. And I’m so glad I did — Taberik exceeded all our expectations. We were warmly greeted by Meyrambek, the owner, who welcomed us with tea and cookies and shared that they had just opened for their very first season. The entire place is brand new and built with great attention to detail. The setting is breathtaking: nestled at the foot of a mountain, surrounded by untouched nature, with yurts and cozy cabins scattered across the land. The cabins have heating, hot water, and high-speed internet via Starlink, which was a pleasant surprise given the remote location. The interiors are thoughtfully designed — wooden furniture, natural materials, spotless cleanliness, and a cozy atmosphere. You can immediately feel that a lot of care, resources, and investment went into creating this place. We passed by several other guesthouses along the way, and honestly, none of them came close to Taberik. It’s truly a different level of comfort and beauty. There’s also a stunning waterfall nearby, adding to the magic of the place. This location touched my heart so deeply that I couldn’t resist writing this review — and I don’t do that often. Excellent location and staff, it's new hotel and everything was super clean and nice.. very helpful and polite staff .. they have caravan market at the premises which sells souvenirs at very cheap price as compare to local bazaar.. the breakfast was very nice n tasty with good variety. They have good massage options also available onsite, which is good after spending day skiing and at a reasonable price. The bathroom has shattaf, so good for Muslim travellers. All female staff and reception lady helped us with bags as well.

The bed! So comfortable! I could sleep for 11 hours in a row (the night after the Ala-Kul 2 days trekking)

Our hosts are the best people we’ve had the pleasure of meeting. Their hospitality was boundless and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, because of them. Everything else was icing on the cake - the modern, clean rooms, the wifi, the peaceful neighbourhood, etc.

Attractive traditional yurt very comfortable and authentic. The facilities were well-maintained, with hot water and clean bathrooms. The family was extremely nice and we felt like home. We had great food for dinner and breakfast. Good conversation an excellent kyrgyz vodka. With the idea that the yurt is not a hotel, the stay was wonderful. I wish family staff much encouragement to carry forward their establishment. Highly recommended!

Perfect apartment with everything that is top class. Spotlessly clean and best location. Very helpful and responsive host. We had a wonderful time. If we ever come back we would definitely stay here.
