It was a business trip with travelling outside the city. Location of the hotel was perfect for that to avoid morning and evening traffic. Spacious room. Awesome restaurant.

This is my second time in this hotel. The staff is very nice and EN speakers. They helped with my heavy luggage, called a taxi and also put the heating on. The room was nice, clean, big with hot shower, good internet and comfortable bed.

extremely friendly and helpful staff. excellent location in terms of proximity to the airport. clean room, clean bathroom and comfortable bed. perfect match for the price. for all those posting negative reviews: please remember that this is a £25 a night hotel, which is probably the lowest in terms of price that one can find in almaty. you cannot expect sound proof rooms, stately king size beds, room service and concierge at this price. one has to be realistic. for all those complaining about the staff not being proficient in english: has it occurred to them to use an online translator?!
