The location is perfect, walkable to almost all highlights of Astana. The bonus: you are literally next to the shopping centre with various shops incl. coffee shops😍 Sheraton Club is worth every euro! The evening snacks is actually proper dinner, even with my favourite shrimps! Large room with lots of space for clothes and other belongings. Two bottles of water for free every day. Fast free wi-fi without any issues. And the SPA...OMG, absolutely amazing!!!

We love Rixos Hotels in Dubai, Almaty and Aktau but never stayed in the one in Astana. Loved this hotel as well. In Astana this is our go to place. Value for money is great. Nice, clean rooms, well upgraded. Lots of places to eat in the neighborhood. The area is very nice and comfortable. The staff is very friendly, they have printed a pack of documents for free for us. They try to win the customer and make the stay very comfortable. I highly recommend.

The staff was incredibly kind and helpful! The lady gave us wonderful suggestions for places to visit, eat, and explore. She even prepared breakfast for us earlier than usual due to our early flight. Such a great place in a fantastic location—I highly recommend it!
