We loved everything here. Very charming property by the beach with really beautiful furnitures and very comfortable. The staff is amazing, they are caring, they do everything for you to feel good and have the best experience. They spot every detail for you. The chef deserves a micheline star. The food experience was delicious. It is the perfect place to recharge. Thank you to the staff of kalkudah beach house for making this place a wonderful moment for us.

Wonderful experience here. The host was very supportive and kind. He helped me locate a bicycle and personally drove me to the bus station in the early morning. The place is near a great cafe/restaurant and a luxury hotel is close by with a pool you can use. Top spot!

The great customer service at this hotel impressed me. They were always friendly and asked how our stay was going every time we walked in the door. Spotlessly clean rooms with comfortable beds and Amazing location, close to all the main attractions. Delicious foods with a great variety. Very comfortable and modern room - with both AC and fan, also some insect repellent devices in place and a fridge. Super nice and big bed. Semi outdoor bathroom with a lot of privacy - a great shower experience. Good breakfast as well, and very nice staff. The place is located between two great beaches - Pasikuda and Kalkudah.

A very comfortable bed, I had the best sleep during my stay in Sri Lanka. The AC works like a charm. Nice people, nice place. We came by tuk-tuk and we parked it inside the property which is a plus.

We loved our stay at Adi's Residence. The accomodation is spacious, wel equiped and clean. But most of all we loved the hospitality of mr Ramanathan and mrs Kamalabigaj. They were the friendliest people we met in Sri Lanka (and we met a lot of friendly people).

A great property, modern nice rooms, and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Joseph had very good contact prior and during our stay giving recommendations and assisting and providing anything we required. It was great to have bikes to use and explore with. They supplied us a great dinner of local cuisine. Highly recommended

    I was skeptical that they were new to Booking.com but it was worth the risk. Arul is a very friendly host together with other members of staff. One of them prepared us a typically SL coffee. Wake up in the morning and face the Batticaloa lagoon and the KALLADY BRIDGE. Lovely views. We asked for continental breakfast which was served by the friendly Arul himself. My wife a non-Srilankan loved this hotel. The place is clean and properly maintained. Good quality price value.

    We were staying at Juda Holiday for two nights! The owners were really friendly helping us with what to do in Batticaloa, organised bikes for us and recommended us a really cheap really good restaurant! it was possible as well to get dinner and breakfast at the house :) The room was like in the pictures, clean and comfortable :) the location is really good, close to the beach and easy to get anywhere with the bike

    A lovely well furnished room with all the essentials including great Aircon, and very clean! Tucked away at the sleepy seaside I had a great night here. The family who run the home were super friendly and fun to chat with. They also helped me with my slightly complicated bus route for the next day. A great place to rest when exploring Batticaloa and Kallady. Thanks for having me 😁
