The staff are amazing - especially Kiru, who is the most pleasant person and went out of his way to make our stay wonderful. The food is also incredible - the chef at Capoe is fantastic. Views from the room are spectacular.

The place is amazing, the staff are so kind trying to make your stay above and beyond your expectations. Food, surroundings, garden, view, everything was wonderful, peaceful and laid back. They also offered me free of charge the trip at Lipton Seat and tea factory.

Room was really spacious and sparkle clean. This is the thing I liked about the hotel most. Manager, chef and staff were really helpful and friendly. Food was delicious, specially authentic Sri Lankan cuisine. They were so generous to ask for second servings during the meal times and offered free breakfast during our stay for my kid even though we stayed in double room. A big thank for the whole staff and surely we will come back when we visit Bandarawela again.

This place was one that exceeded our expectations. The hosts were very friendly and kind. The scenery that came with the amazing location was so pleasant to the eyes. And the food was very “like home” to us (We’re Sri Lankan). The room was very spacious, with a nice clean bathroom. Overall the stay here was very relaxing.
