If I should come back to Colombo, I would stay here again in any case. The hotel shines with its cleanliness and is very professionally run. The room has everything and everything works perfectly. The staff was very friendly and supportive. I felt like I was in a 5-star hotel here. The closeness to the beach is brilliant. You can reach the ocean in just 2 minutes walking distance and have a beautiful beach for walking and swimming. On the other hand, you are not just in a touristic part of the city and have various local shopping facilities and restaurants right on your doorstep. The location is very quiet and the singing of the birds makes you feel like you're not in the big capital. The internet is very fast and working the whole time. The breakfast was very delicious.

We loved everything about this amazing place. From the minute we arrived, we were treated like royalty. The room was incredible, the bed so comfortable. The amenities were awesome. The breakfast was so amazing after a great night's sleep. What an introduction to Sri Lanka. We highly recommend the Coza Ceylon.

Everything is just perfect here. You dont feel like you are staying in a hotel, feels more like at some close relatives house. Owner and the people who are working here Saliya and Silva are just perfect, the hospitality is just amazing😊 Breakfast are so tasty. All hotel is very cleal. Wonderful thing is that if you are staying in deluxe room all the floor is yours with balcony and additional room. On the top of that sea is so close🤟 Highly recommended.

Very nice,clean and bright property and all possible amenities are available. Very helpful and nice staff. Crystal clear clean pool. Literally 2 mins away from beach so the name really suit the property. Thank you. Will defiantely come back

Staff is very helpful, owner is super loyal, he even provided a room for me before getting mine as I checked in at night, which also was not a problem for him to welcome me so early in the morning. There is a common kitchen which u can use for cooking and it’s empty almost all the time, hotel is pretty spacious also. Rooms and kitchen r clean, beach is 2 min walking, nice, clean and beautiful. Its a bit of a local area of Colombo, but a Bus station is very near to travel to center of the city. Many shops r around too. Highly recommended.

We stayed for one night. Requested the reception staff to give us a good room and they provided a perfect room. My daughter enjoyed the sea and city view from the same window! Checked out very early at 4AM. But the reception supported very promptly.
