The staff are the friendliest people you will ever meet. We were in the property for 5 hours only for a quick stop over and they looked after us so well; cold water on arrival and breakfast in the morning (complimentary!). They also offers drivers for your stay in Sri Lanka.

The property was very good. The surrounding area was also good. The people there were very nice. There was a very good arrangement. It was smooth. All the facilities were provided as per five star. The people were very nice, there was every kind of arrangement. I am sorry that such a property is so close and they dropped us at the station. They were so nice and had a very good environment. We had an exceptional stay at Uga Riva. This hotel is top quality; a beautiful setting, extremely comfortable rooms, quality linnen, great bathrooms, fabulous food… We arrived drenched from the rain and the staff immediately made us feel comfortable with hot tea and towels. They were extremely helpful and kind, and really helped bring the quality of our stay to the next level. A special thank you goes to Lahiru, Kumara, Yasith and Upul: they deserve a raise!
