Absolutely loved my stay here! The staff and caretakers looked after me like I was family - particularly Robina and Spelwin. The breakfast was authentic, delicious and served with love. Staff were very accommodative of my needs and ensured to check in with me regularly. Facilities were clean and my room exceeded my expectation. Will definitely stay here next time.

It was absolute bliss. We were three couples travelling together and we had the entire house to ourselves. The bedrooms were super clean and the beds were very comfortable. The staff (especially Janakan) were incredibly attentive, lovely and made everything work beautifully. There really was nothing we lacked. The breakfast prepared by Mihla was delicious and so personal. If you are looking for an intimate and local experience then I couldn’t recommend this enough. If you prefer big hotels with a resteraunt/breakfast buffet then I think the other Jetwing in Jaffna is probably more for you.

It was conveniently close to the railway station and many other tourist attractions including the Nallur temple. Very helpful team at the front desk and service, especially Sajanthan who went out of his way to get us some water bottles.

Usually, it's really hard to find a good place to stay in Jaffna, Either it's cheap and has some shortcomings or it has to be a 5-star hotel. But Jaffna Inn is in a perfect location. You are in walking distance from everything you need. And it's relatively cheaper. The staff was friendly & helpful, It was clean & comfortable. It had everything I was looking for.

The rooms were clean. The staff was nice and very flexible. They tried to accommodate all my requirements. I checked in very early because my bus arrived at Jaffna at 6 am and they allowed me to check in immediately. The restaurant was clean and the food was good. The Wi-Fi speeds were good. The location is 5 mins walk from Jaffna town, but still in a quiet neighbourhood. The hotel has space available for limited number of vehicle parking as well. They have a backup generator on standby, which is a bit loud for me as my room was close to it.

    Jaffna is still an unspoiled and hidden gem of a city. People are super friendly and the city is bustling and easy to navigate. There is a beech just outside the city center which is quiet and beautiful. It was very hot when we visited in july but we did not mind this at all.

    Jaffna is lovely city and it’s a shame we didn’t stay longer. It has changed a lot since our last visit 7 years ago with a lot more development but a shame so many franchises have opened up. It has a nice mix of tourist attractions and yet maintains its charm as a local area. The Rio ice cream is the best! I wish we had more time to enjoy local cuisine.

    Jaffna is a hot place and therefore the transport facilities should facilitate the climate. Jaffna is also not clean as compared to the other places in Sri Lanka. Need a concerted public awareness campaign to all residents of Jaffna. People's attitude should change !!!

    We visited the The Jaffna Library, Fort, Point Pedro, Velvettithurai, Thalaiyadi Beach, Keerimala Sacred springs, Dambakola Patuna Temple, Nallur Kovil and KKS - On our way back to Colombo we stopped at Elephant Pass, Ree Cha leisure park and the Iranamadu water reservoir - Fabulous trip which helps us to explore the rich culture of Jaffna along with the beauty of a village with mesmerizing memories,

    Jaffna is a beautiful place to visit.

    Jaffna is a beautiful place to visit. Places and temples are beautifully crafted with ancestral works. People we met were friendly and courteous. Places like Nallur Kandaswamy Temple, Nagadeepa Vihara and Nagapooshani Amman Temple in an island, and few other places, it’s beyond words. Need to feel the atmosphere personally to have the divine presence and connection within one’s self. Best food eatery place for us is Jaffna Authentic Cuisine. Getting around places is convenient with auto and grab cabs too.

    This is an exceptional place where you can truly escape the hustle and bustle of every day life, where you are lulled to sleep at night the sound of waves. The eco-conscious huts are exceptionally well made and comfortable. Staff are universally friendly and helpful and the food is delicious. Do not miss the cuttlefish curry which is to die for. The very friendly owner went out of his way to help me plan my days in Jaffna. Highly recommended

    Clean & spacious rooms equipped with AC and Fans for a comfortable stay. The staff is very friendly, the breakfast exquisite. Always a mixture of Dal, chicken curry, eggs as well as bread & jam. The hotel is located very close to jaffna market and the main sites like Jaffna Fort, clock tower, public library etc. Are within walking distance. ~7min on foot is a big supermarket called Keells.

    The stay was great value for money. The hotel rooms are basic but clean and comfortable with air conditioning. Raj is fantastic host and was able to sort out tuktuks and our scooter hire (this being at very short notice). We had a lovely breakfast and enjoyed our stay in Jaffna.
