Everything was exceptional. A true 5 star experience, nothing to complain about. We stayed 3 nights at Moksha. We had most of our meals, as well as we did a tour to a waterfall and a hike in the rain forest from the hotel, which can be recommended. The staff were very friendly and helpfull. The dining was exceptional, we had a new food experience every night.

We arranged for my in-laws to stay at this hotel as a special birthday gift for my father-in-law, and it turned out to be the best decision we could have made. From the start, the staff went above and beyond to make their stay truly memorable. Not only did they provide a beautifully decorated birthday cake, but they also arranged for soothing foot massages, adding an extra layer of care that made the occasion even more special. The hotel’s location by the river added a serene and picturesque backdrop to their stay, making it a perfect setting for relaxation and celebration. The rooms were spotlessly clean and comfortable, and my in-laws couldn’t stop raving about the delicious food they enjoyed each day. The room was huge and had an amazing mountain view.. really! The host was helpful and despite not great English language skills, he and his family were super helpful and even organized rafting for us,which was really fun!

Fantastic service with really kind and attentive staff. They were super helpful with organising things and you can tell they are proud of their hotel. The hotel has a great view that is nice and close to the rapids for rafting. Our room was lovely! The bedroom was very spacious and comfortable and the bathroom was clean. It was nice to have consistent hot water as well. The restaurant was delicious. We were served a big filling breakfast that kept us going. We also had beautiful dinner from their restaurant at really affordable prices. A wonderful stay!

It was very good accomodation. We lived next to the river in the jungles in big rooms. We looked at the stars and heared the sound of the river from our balcony in the night. We had very delicious lunch and dinner. It was very friendly owner. He told us a lot of interesting information and organised for us amazing water adventures.

    Its one of the best places i stayes in sri lanka . Too quiet . Comfortable . And the staff were amazing and patient . Helpful . I forget to ask their names but i remember mohamed was amazing with everything . The driver he picked me up from the town and droped me off while waiting me to make sure everything was good . The hotel in middle of nature . But had everything needed . Restaurant is very good . Wifi signal very good all around the hotel . They alao arrange adventure tours which are famous in kitulgala .

    it was absolute please to say 3 night at Moksha hotel. definitely recommending to stay 3 nights as it really help you to emergence into the surrounding and environment. it’s amazing boutique hotel run by family - providing you all the tips and arrange trip for you. food is fanatics and personel goes above and beyond !     I love the location so much. Because this resort is at the middle of a Jungle.its only 15min Drive from Famous tourist destination Kitulgala. It has got so many nice natural pools in bank of the girankitta stream. Its clam and quiet with the sound of native birds.
