The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting up country. Note, this is not a 4/5-star hotel or so, but the atmosphere is so special that it really felt like home to us. Warm and friendly despite the formal appearanc at first. The staff and the watefall are amazing. Rooms could be cleaned a bit better. The management is quite open to feedback. We were invited to a homecoming of a wedding and to a small personell party. It was very nice and warming. Thank you, we had a great time. Do swim in the levels of the waterfall here. It is amazing.
