⭐ (10/10) Fetnale Retreat was simply unforgettable. Set in the mountains and jungle, it had the most breathtaking views and a serene atmosphere. The room was neat and bathroom clean enough. The caretaker Pereira was extremely helpful. There is no breakfast or food service, plates and cutlery are available. The family room was spacious, a double bed in 1 room and a single bed in the other smaller portion. Quiet and good for sleep.

This property is nestled in a calm and serene environment, perfect for a peaceful and relaxing stay. We visited with our 6-year-old and initially booked just the ground-floor room, but we were graciously given access to the entire ground floor, including the kitchen, dining area, and lobby. It truly felt like a home away from home. Both my wife and I had to attend to some office work remotely during our stay, and the setting was ideal, with excellent fiber internet that made everything seamless. A special mention goes to the owner, Chamara, who was incredibly helpful and attentive, always checking in to ensure we were comfortable. The property is impeccably clean, exceptionally peaceful, and offers great value for money with very reasonable prices. Safety was also well ensured. We highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Kandy who is looking for a tranquil and memorable stay. It truly made our visit unforgettable!

Amazing little paradise. Very nice and helpful staff and the best place to have a few relaxing days. You habe to be mindful of the fact that it is quite a way to Kandy city center, but we loved the fact that after a day in and around the hectic city we could return to a refreshing and peaceful retreat.

We had an unforgettable experience at Blue Waters Edge Kandy. The view of the river was absolutely breathtaking, and the whole place felt peaceful and relaxing. Our room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable with luxury touches—plus the AC worked perfectly, which was a big plus.
