I had a good experience at this hotel. The location was perfect and the room was comfortable. What really made my stay special was the staff – they were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always had a smile on their faces. Whether it was at the front desk or in the restaurant, I felt very welcome and well taken care of. Especially Ms. Dissanayake at the reception was very friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

What a beautiful place ! The garden, the house, the location, the outlook, everything was wonderful to look upon. The stillness, the sound of the birds and the temple prayers. The team were incredible - so helpful and lovely to chat with. We became close with them during our stay. The food was exceptional- I don’t think we’ve eaten so well before on holiday.

This was our favourite stay on the Pekoe Trail and one of the nicest places we've stayed in Sri Lanka! The guesthouse is absolutely stunning, set up in the hills with beautiful views. Our room was spacious and very clean with a comfy bed and a good bathroom. We loved sitting outside the room taking in the views. Hosts were amazing - so kind and really looked after us. We had dinner and breakfast here, both were great. The guesthouse is a little way off the Pekoe Trail (totally worth it for the amazing views) and they very kindly picked us up from the railway station and dropped us back there in the morning.

We tried the Sri Lankan Breakfast, it was very tasty. They served it fresh and on time. The staff at the restaurant & front desk were very friendly. Mr. Travis from the operations was extremely helpful in providing information and making arrangements. He is an asset to the hotel.

We arrived to TK homes around 8pm in the evening after 12 hours of train ride and we were really tired that time. Once I opened the apartment door I saw a huge sofa and a tiny dining table in the living area which makes me more relaxed means it looks the same as my home. They have everything which you need. Very luxurious comfortable beds with attached super cleaned and shiny bathrooms. Plus they have an Electric kettle , a water filter, a hot plate , bread toaster , cooker with gas and etc. The price is also very reasonable and their service is more excellent than the money you paid for it. Food is also very tasty and you can order from their menu as well. And also the most important point is you will get free transportation from the railway station to the hotel and from the hotel to the station. Specially Mr. Prashan you really did a great job. Keep up the good work. Overall TK homes team exceeded our expectations without making even any kind of single mistake. I'm so excited to visit them again on my next vacation.

Everything about this place was absolutely perfect. They organised a tuktuk to collect me from the station and drop me the next morning. The staff were all very kind and went above and beyond to assist me. The food (both dinner and breakfast) could not be faulted and the river is wonderful to have a swim in. I wasn’t sure when booking as it is further out but it was 100% worth it and I am glad that I went with my gut.

The host was very nice, attentive and helpful. He made everything to make a wonderful and perfect stay in Hali Ella. The room was super clean. Beds the most comfortable we haved in Sri Lanka and shower with hot water! Breakfast was also delicious and huge portions they even put it to take away! Close to Ella by train (only in the morning).Thank you for everything!
