This place doesn’t look much from the outside, I was a little dubious when I first arrived. However the people running the place are really lovely and allowed me early checkin, I only wanted to leave my bag, and gave me a welcome tea. Rooms are basic but extremely clean, comfortable, warm, quiet and have hot water in bathroom. They even left me a breakfast pack to take with me on my 6am train. Easy walk to train station.

This was our third time in Nuwara Eliya, snd this time we were very lucky with the hotel. Firstly, it is located in a beautiful place on a mountain with a view of tea plantations, the city and a Buddhist monastery. You can see it without getting out of bed. Secondly, we had a very nice spacious room with a large balcony, kitchen and a comfortable bed. There was excellent hot water, which is especially important for Nuwara Eliya. Special thanks to host Alex and his staff for their hospitality, desire to help, delicious breakfasts and lunches. For my wife and me, this is the best hotel in Nuwara Eliya

Such a beautiful place run by beautiful people. The misty mountain view from our room was so beautiful and reminiscent of our home town in the Nilgiris hills. The monkeys that came into the backyard were a delight to watch.The place is spotless.. Roshan and Amilini were very caring hosts and accomodated all our needs. Great location, the room it is nice new and spacious but very humid. The bed sheet felt wet from the humidity, I strongly recommend a humidifier or AC to dry up the air. The host was nice but need some training on hospitality, I would suggest putting a hair dryer at least to share between the rooms, and a kettle and few cutlery and plates. You can tell this is not a Hotel but a sort of Homestay. Generally was good
