Tangalle is a hidden gem!
Tangalle is a hidden gem! So many wonderful beaches around the town. I stayed by the Goyambokka beach but preferred the neighbouring Silent beach, which was longer and so beautiful. The town has very little to offer.
The town has very little to offer. It’s a noisy, chaotic typical Sri Lankan town. The only redeeming factor was Silent Beach on the Western side of town. We also enjoyed a nice meal at Cactus Lounge.Guest review byCornelisSpain

Our room looked out over the beach and had such a calming feeling. The hotel staff are so incredibly helpful and the food from the hotel restaurant was possible the best we had in the whole of Sri Lanka, breakfast/dinner was delicious with a huge menu to pick from.
