The staff were extremely helpful, and always extremely friendly. The price was extremely good for the quality of the hotel. The hotel is just outside of Candy, and not too far away from some amazing hill tea plantations. We rented a car with a driver, which was a very good value and I would certainly recommend.

The team went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for, with every detail thoughtfully arranged. One of the absolute highlights was the Seafood BBQ dinner. The freshness, preparation, and flavour of every dish was simply superb. Mount Havana is a rare gem — peaceful, beautifully maintained, and run by people who genuinely care about your comfort. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a luxurious yet grounded escape in nature.

The 9 people villa is stunning, and the swimming pool is natural without any chlorine. The views are spectacular. The bedrooms are very spacious and the bathrooms have the best showers with different water diffusers. Each room has its own en suite bathroom. Asanka, Harry and the rest of the staff were superb; they cooked the most delicious meal we've had in Sri Lanka, they washed our clothes within a few hours, they guided us around the property gardens and down to the river and river natural pool, they made sure we didn't go in the river where it is dangerous to swim and pointed out the safe places. They also answered any questions we had and helped us with our train from Kandy/Gampola to Ella. They also arranged for someone to come give us massages which we loved. We wanted to go out to explore the area but there was more than enough things to do in the property so we barely left the premises! I would totally recommend this accommodation!

Location & Views: This property offers some of the most spectacular panoramic views I've ever seen. Waking up to the mist-covered mountains and the peaceful surroundings was an absolute dream. Food: The food was nothing short of amazing! Every meal was freshly prepared with authentic flavors, and the variety was impressive. We arrived to the W15 Ambulawawa on our first day of our Sri Lankan adventure. After a long day of driving we arrived in the afternoon to paradise. Greeted warmly by the kind Achini and Amila our stay began perfectly with a dip in the stunning infinity pool. Sunset can be viewed from the special sunset deck the perfect place to unwind and chill - simply spectacular. Every care was given to us by Yapa who catered to our every need. Dinner and breakfast were delicious thank you Sanjiwa and Yapa. We walked to the Ambulawawa tower from there, a steep short climb - perfect before the big breakfast we were served. Can't wait to reccomend to our friends To be honest, we would rate 11 but it's not an option.
